More About Dr. Griffis…

Outside of his passion for Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Griffis enjoys an array of different hobbies rooted in family, friends, and home sweet home (Knoxville, TN). If he’s not working at the hospital, you might find him at the hockey rink playing or coaching ice hockey, cheering the Volunteers on at a Tennessee football game, or on the banks of a river or lake somewhere fishing the day away.

Dr. Griffis’s best good boy Dice, a 7-year-old Dalmatian, is sure to accompany him wherever he goes, always searching for the tennis balls he somehow finds along the way. Currently, Dr. Griffis is working on a series of children’s books highlighting the adventures Dice and his ball take around the globe. Stay Tuned!
